One of the common themes we hear from our clients is that they find all of our staff to be friendly and that they feel they are dealing with a team that cares. Listed below are the profiles for each key team member.

Barry Height – Founder

Barry joined the insurance industry in 1962 and has an incredible knowledge of insurance and superannuation. He commenced in the insurance industry in the 1960's, built the business in the Western suburbs of Melbourne and we are still servicing some of these clients today. 

Whilst no longer providing specialist advice to clients, Barry can still be found in the office providing important business advice and assistance to the staff.

Dale Height B.Bus – Principal and Adviser

Dale commenced in insurance sales in 1991 after completing a business degree. He specialises in all forms of life insurance, superannuation, general insurance and providing financial advice.

Dale lives in Kensington with his young family and understands the needs of younger people in terms of protecting their income and building their wealth. He is a member of the Association of Financial Advisers. Dale is an Authorised Representative of CHPW Financial Pty Ltd (AFS License no: 280201) and UIG (United Insurance Group) (AFS License no: 327131).

Gary Schiele– General Insurance Consultant

Gary has a background of working in the Police Force and having his own business. With over 30 year’s commercial experience, Gary is an Authorised Representative of UIG, specialising not only in home insurance but mostly business and commercial. Michelle Langlands – Office Administrator

Michelle joined our team in 2021 and provides the spark and outgoing personality that is infectious.

Servicing clients needs, dealing one on one with insurance companies, and generally running the office day to day, she provides energy with enthusiasm that flows through the whole office.
